Zero Day Digest ("the Service") is a cybersecurity intelligence newsletter platform operated by Modulus Cybersecurity ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides curated vulnerability intelligence, cybersecurity news, and threat alerts aggregated from publicly available sources, delivered via email and accessible via a web portal at zerodaydigest.io.

Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription at the rate of $15.00 USD per month.
We provide limited free access to a subset of content (up to 15 headlines per day across all categories) without requiring a subscription. Free access does not include full article content, filtering, search, email delivery, or the archive. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free access at any time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content without our written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modulus Cybersecurity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription via your account portal and contacting us to request account deletion.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
